The recipe for my Kalamata Olive Tapenade is in the Appetizers section.  You'll need to Tapenade Saucemake that recipe first before you can make this yummy sauce.  Or, you can buy a container of black olive tapenade at the store......but mine is way better!!!

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------      ------------         --------------------------------
   1              cup                white wine
  1/3            cup               shallot -- chopped
   3           tablespoons   heavy cream
 1/4            cup                butter
 1/4            cup                black olive tapenade

1.  Combine wine and shallots in small saucepan.  Simmer till liquid is reduced to about 1/4 cup. (about 10 minutes)

2.   Add cream and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to low.  Add butter.  Whisk till melted,  whisk in tapenade.

Serve over ravioli, toss with pasta, use as a sauce for chicken, etc.
