Well, first off, there's no buttermilk in this dressing. I use yogurt, apple cider vinegar and sour cream instead. I like the body the sour cream and yogurt give the dressing.
Of course you could use buttermilk, there's no law that says you can't!! This is really good as a salad dressing or a dip for veggies or potato chips or whatever.

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup crumbled Bleu cheese
4 large green onions - chopped fine
4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tsp dried)
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 packet stevia (or use sugar)
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1. Put everything except the green onions in your blender. Blend till well incorporated.
2. Add green onions and blend for just a few seconds more.
3. Let the dressing sit in the refrigerator overnight to blend the flavors.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
This will keep in the refrigerator for a week so it gives you plenty of time to use it up.
