We started out making this Asian salad dressing with one particular Lunch Special salad. Our customers liked it so much they started asking for it every day so we had to keep it on hand all the time.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sesame seeds -- toasted
1. Spread sesame seeds on a baking sheet and place in 350º oven for about 5 minutes till lightly toasted.
2. Wisk all other ingredients together thoroughly till tahini is incorporated and everything is emulisified. TASTE for BALANCE....too sweet? add lemon juice, too sour? add honey. etc.
3. Wisk in toasted sesame seeds.
Store leftovers in refrigerator. To serve again, let the dressing sit out to warm up a bit and wisk thoroughly before serving.
Note: when you first open up the container/jar/can of tahini, you will have to stir the tahini to blend it. Tahini naturally separates after it sits for a while. Make sure you stir it till it is the consistency of peanut butter with no oil left standing on the top.
