This is one of the spreads we made at Hizzoner's that we used on specialty sandwiches.  It has huge California Aioliflavor and really adds to anything you wanted to use it with.   Technically it's an aioli but we just called it Cali Mayo.

You can use it for sandwiches or dips or even as a sauce for steamed vegetables.

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   2      cups          mayonnaise
   1      cups          kalamata olives
   1/4   cup           chopped garlic
   1      cups         sun dried tomatoes in oil -- drained well
   1 1/2      tablespoons   dried basil
   1      tablespoons   dried marjoram
   1      tablespoons   dried sage leaves

Put all ingredients into food processor and pulse until everhthing is well chopped and smooth.
