Tartar Sauce

Do you buy jarred Tarter Sauce?    It's OK, but this recipe blows any jarred sauce completely away.

It's my favorite for fish....period.  It's really good with french fries too.

In a large bowl combine the following and whisk till completely incorporated.   
Chill thoroughly.




1 pint real mayonnaise
1/2 cup dill pickle relish
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
3 Tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Trust me.....this is gooooooooooooood.
